1. Television Contract (PC)

Board approved the extension in our Brighthouse contract, 3 years.

2. Resolution to Engage in Mediation

Board adopted resolution to engage in mediation. Date set: June 9^th.

Injunction hearing and discovery/depositions delayed to allow parties to engage in mediation. See bulletin board for complete resolution.

3. Mediation Expense

Board adopted resolution to pay 5/7 share of mediation expense (district share and share for the 4 individual trustees named in the lawsuit).

4. ARC Procedures

Board revised PP 7 ARC Charge.
