John Vander Molen called the meeting to order at 9:45. Roll call: John Vander Molen, Janet Jones, Fred Hoch and Pam Cole. John announced that no business could be conducted today because there was not a quorum present. The next regular meeting will be announced.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:50.
