LITIGATION ASSESSMENT SPECIAL  MEETING

JANUARY 13, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chairman Martha Brauer.

 

ROLL CALL:  Martha Brauer, Fred Hoch, Ken Ilg, Jim McIlveen, Gail Opper and Joe Salerno were present.  Absent:  Pam Cole, Margo Cushman, Harry Fitzpatrick.  Pam, Margo, and Harry arrived at 5:45 p.m.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

Attorney Mark Barnebey made a request for a meeting in regards to a possible settlement or discussion of the issues pertaining to the lawsuit.

 

Martha read the names of those eligible to attend the meeting.

 

Recessed meeting at 5:35 p.m. and went into litigation assessment.

 

Attorney/Client session concluded and was closed at 8:55 p.m.

 

Public meeting was reconvened at 8:57 p.m.  Attorney Mark Barnebey stated there is nothing to report.

 

Martha announced there will be another litigation assessment special meeting at 3 p.m. in the Small Hall.

 

There was no public comment.

 

Joe made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Jim seconded the motion.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:59 p.m.
