The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m.
by Chairman Martha
Brauer.
ROLL CALL: Martha

Margo Cushman, Harry
Fitzpatrick, Fred
Hoch, Ken Ilg, Jim McIlveen, Gail Opper,
and Joe Salerno were present. Absent:
Pam Cole. Pam arrived at
3:28 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
Attorney Mark Barnebey
made a request for a meeting in regards to a possible settlement or
discussion of the issues pertaining
to the lawsuit.
Martha read the names of those eligible to attend the
meeting.
Recessed the meeting at 3:05 p.m. and went into litigation
assessment.

session concluded and was closed at 5:42
p.m.
Public meeting was reconvened. Attorney
Mark Barnebey
stated there is nothing to report.
Martha announced that
the Jan. 15 litigation assessment is cancelled as well as the Jan. 18
litigation assessment listed as #10 under
Old Business.
There was no
public comment.
Pam made a motion to adjourn
the meeting. Fred
seconded the motion. The meeting was
adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
