BOARD OF TRUSTEES WORKSHOP

Pam Cole opened the meeting at 9:34 A.M.
Pam Cole read a letter from Martha Brauer
requesting special permission to attend the workshop by telephone. Pam
Cole stated that there was no quorum therefore they could not vote on the
matter so Martha Brauer did not participate.
INFORMATIONAL REPORTS OF TRUSTEES:
Fred Hock spoke about the fox
trapping, lawn care issues, etc.
Fred also requested a red stamp for the ARC committee. Margo had no
report. Harry Fitzpatrick had no report. Pam Cole reported on the
budget report and trial balance information. Pam also informed the
residents about disaster preparedness literature
availability.
RESIDENTS COMMENTS: Pam announced that the Bingo Kitchen would
be closed for the months of July & August. Bev Lew made an
announcement about silk painting and other projects an art club will be doing
this summer. Bev Lew also spoke about the problems of not having a quorum
for meetings and other matters. Lonnie Stanley spoke on the tension
between a lot of people in the park.
